A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THOSE PARENTS AND CHILDREN WHO HAVE USED OUR PLAYGROUP OVER THE LAST FEW DECADES.
Butterflies Playgroup was owned by Mums and operated by Mums with the intention to provide affordable childcare to families around Roath & Penylan.
Unfortunately we took the decision to close our Playgroup due mainly to the low childcare costs provided by the 'Childcare Offer for Wales' along with falling child numbers and rising costs associated in running a childcare setting. Additionally, it has been difficult operating in a community that has to compete with adjacent 'Flying Start' communities.
